Owners Manual

There is a complete electronic manual available directly from the ComeAgain^®RSVP and Timegate^® software screen.

Telephone Training

A popular option is to purchase telephone training. The fee for telephone training is $120 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. 

The telephone training is also a good way to brush up on features and details for those who have been using the software for a while.

Many customers converting from the ComeAgain^® v5 product OR those purchasing ComeAgain^®RSVP for a single user installation, elect to attend the BASIC class (one day).  The BASIC class moves quickly through all the features and provides an overview of the entire program.  In the BASIC class there is only a limited amount of practice time.

The BASIC class for customers converting from ComeAgain^® v5 also emphasizes the difference between the two products.  For ComeAgain^®RSVP single users, this class emphasizes the necessary steps to get started with the program as well as the general features of the Scheduler and Point of Sale modules.

The DETAIL class (two days) is usually attended by new  multi-user installations. The format of the DETAIL class allows for a lot of practice time and in making appointments, setting up services, products and employees, and then for practicing Point of Sale.

Those students attending either the BASIC or the DETAIL class should be familiar with the Windows Operating System that they will be using.
